On Friday my sister and I attended a "Paint Out" (en Plein Air) on the Seaton Trail, in Whitevale, north of Pickering. It was a beautiful day to be outside. The salmon were spawning the light breeze was blowing and we were painting!  Janet is a new member of  OPAS (Ontario Plein Air Society) and, I imagine, I will be a member soon.  The picture below is Janet and Keith, discussing her work in progress. The Kawartha Arts Festival

This weekend was the Kawartha Arts Festival in Fenelon Falls.  Both my Dad, Wayne Moore and niece, Jaimie Figueira (17 years old) participated this year.  Jaimie sold 6 pieces including a wire sculpture. So proud of her! This is a picture of her and my sister, Janet setting up her booth on the stage. Isn't she AWESOME?
